Placing an Order
  

What methods of payment does Happy Runner take online?

For all online orders, payments are made through Paypal. You can use your Paypal account or use a credit card via Paypal (you do not have to have a Paypal account to purchase via Paypal).

Can I order goods by telephone as well as via the web site?

YES you can place an order via telephone using your credit card. Please call 01288 359222


Deliveries
  

What are the delivery charges?

Do you deliver to all countries?

Not at this time.  We deliver to most postal areas in the UK mainland

What happens if there is nobody in, when you deliver?

Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm.

What about failed deliveries?

If an item is undelivered please contact Happy Runner we will track the Parcel and inform you of its progress within 24hrs

Mistakes can happen occasionally. If it's happened to you we're very sorry and we'll do our best to put it right as soon as possible.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

  
What if wish to Cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order - Contact Happy Runner ASAP 01288 359222 - Email sean@happyrunner.co.uk   
and we will sort your Cancellation ASAP, please don't panic.

General returns & exchanges

Please return your unwanted goods to us within 7 days. If you would like an exchange send back to us within 7 days.

If you've paid by credit or debit card you can pop down to Happy Runner in-store if you live close to us for a refund or this can be done online or by phone, please have the same card ready to get your refund.

Faulty or damaged goods

We’re sorry your product was faulty and we’d like to sort out any issues quickly.

As soon as you discover a fault please contact Happy Runner with the order number, the faulty items name and number and a description of the fault. We will then try to sort the problem for you ASAP
